Vessel Operations Coordinator

Knowledge of the position:	Analysis and problem solving High standards of customer service Crisis management skills
Position Overview:	Vessels quality control Assistance to passengers Be in constant coordination and communication with mainland operations Assist and provide solutions in case of passenger emergencies Manage and report warehouse inventory
Training:	1 to 2 weeks
Availability:	Immediate
Experience:	2 years
Qualifications:	Be a Galapagos resident Availability to move between Islands Languages: Advanced level of English (oral and written)

Graphic Designer - Multimedia

Qualifications:	Mastery of digital tools and specialized software Technical knowledge in composition, typography, color theory and interface design Visual communication skills Possess analytical thinking that allows you to understand the client's needs and find effective solutions
Knowledge in:	HTML CSS PHP Wordpress Joomla
Job Description:	Creation of the Corporate Manuals Preparation of e-mail signatures, headers, footers, lettering, signage material, communication documents and logistics material Support in the creation of designs, logos, general image for sites and Social Networks Design of printed and electronic promotional material for the company Advertising photography 3D modeling and animation / lighting and 3D renderings Production, post-production and video editing Multimedia Design and Animation Support in general maintenance of the websites Creation and renewal of new CSS styles, DW templates, etc. Modifying templates and updating specific data that require programming Design and redesign of graphic elements of the sites (maps, banners and intros) Support in site positioning and optimization
Training:	1 to 2 weeks

Requirements:	Have a solid portfolio in Graphic Design (formal education, technical skills, creativity and appropriate mindset). Languages: Intermediate English
