We had the most wonderful time on the trip!!! Everyone was just so happy!!! The Seastar crew was amazing and Fabian the naturalist was amazing! The grandchildren especially were so happy and everyone helped make their time special!

This was truly a bucket-list journey for us, and it not only met but exceeded every expectation. There were countless moments when it genuinely felt as though we had stepped into the pages of a National Geographic magazine—the wildlife, the landscapes, the colours, and the sense of wonder were unforgettable.

From the moment we boarded, we felt welcomed and cared for. The thoughtful accommodation of our kosher food requirements, the excellent meals, and the attention to detail throughout the week made a meaningful difference. We also appreciated the variety of dining venues, which added charm and freshness to each day.

I would like to extend special thanks to Cruise Director Fer Agui, whose enthusiasm, professionalism, and warmth shaped the entire journey. Fer even became a snorkeling buddy at times, creating moments we will always remember. I would also like to recognize Fernando, the head waiter and food organizer, for his exceptional care, communication, and dedication. Both individuals elevated the experience far beyond what we expected.

The excursions were well organized, engaging, and smoothly run. Managing a small group can present challenges, yet every challenge was handled with grace, flexibility, and professionalism. Communication throughout the trip was consistently clear and
reassuring, and we always felt informed and supported.

We also want to acknowledge the many behind-the-scenes staff whose work made each day seamless. The atmosphere on board was warm, safe, and welcoming—we felt at home from day one.

She is a lovely 4-star vessel that offers a really comfortable and intimate way to explore the remarkable Galapagos Islands.What truly set this ship apart is its exceptional crew; every staff member was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout the voyage, and their excellent English made communication easy and enjoyable. They work very well together as a team and are always helping each other at every moment. Their warm hospitality created a welcoming atmosphere from the moment we boarded until the end of the cruise. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff; they were always willing to assist.

The warm and welcoming atmosphere they created was one of the highlights of the cruise.I also greatly enjoyed the variety of excursions offered. The combination of panga rides, wet and dry landings, snorkelling, kayaking and guided walks provided an excellent balance of activities and allowing us to experience the islands from many different perspectives. The guide was knowledgeable and enthusiastic, helping us gain a deeper appreciation for the unique wildlife and ecosystems of the Galapagos.The food onboard was another standout feature. There was an excellent variety of fresh, delicious meals throughout the cruise, and the dining staff were always friendly and accommodating. Every meal was enjoyable, with plenty of choice and consistently high quality.

Overall, the Galapagos Sea Star provided an outstanding cruise experience, combining excellent service, comfortable accommodation, delicious variety of food, and unforgettable wildlife encounters.

I would highly recommend it to any of our clients looking for a well-organised and enjoyable way to experience one of the world’s most extraordinary destinations.

The guide, crew were very accomodating to each passengers needs as we were of different ages and had different holiday requirements. They gave us clear instructions and plenty of time to prepare for activities and I cannot applaud everyone for making it a most enjoyable and safe holiday

Everything was amazing but the staff and crew made such a packed trip feel so relaxing. Eduardo and Brenda specifically were so amazing and are stars!Fabian was the best. I feel so lucky we got him as our guide. He did a great job at making everything fun while still knowing it all. six stars!
